Coaches' co-op

Kids have more fun and develop better relationships when their team evolves over multiple seasons.
Games with balanced competition are best for learning and improvement.
Coaches should be empowered to create flag football games in their community.

So this is our co-op. Mostly we just like to have our teams play games off-season and outside of whatever organized leagues we put them in.

We also offer a combine in March for coaches, their teams, and prospective new players.

Some resources are cheaper by the hour when buying more than one hour. It helps to get four teams together and book doubleheaders, as shown below.

Note field and ref costs can vary depending on which ones you book and what day the game is. This is just a pair of examples.
