Fall rec league

Recreational flag football in fall 2024 is provided in Alameda by East Bay NFL Flag. Elementary school, middle school, and high school through age 15 are welcome.

Teams meet once a week (Saturdays). The first hour is practice; the second hour is a game. Each team typically has 10-11 players and is coached by parent volunteers. The format is recreational and fun; every player is guaranteed play time.

Location: Godfrey Park (Bay Farm Island)
Schedule: Saturdays, 9am-11am (8U/10U), 11am-1pm (12U/15U)
Season: Sep 7 - Oct 26 (Seven practices / six games)
