Fall rec league

Recreational flag football in fall 2024 was provided in Alameda by East Bay NFL Flag. The rec league will return in spring 2025; registration is not open yet.

Elementary school, middle school, and high school through age 15 are welcome.

Teams meet once a week (Saturdays). The first hour is practice; the second hour is a game. Each team typically has 10-11 players and is coached by parent volunteers. The format is recreational and fun; every player is guaranteed play time.
